Woolmark Party

The party was a project for Bacchus at Fashion week for their client Woolmark. It was carried out on an extremely short timescale, just 2 weeks from receiving the brief to the installation of the project. The install itself had a window of three hours from our arrival at the building and the previous event vacating the space to the first guests stepping through the doors. Extraordinary care had to be taken during this process as Somerset house is a grade 1 listed building.

Not Tom’s role was to design and implement the environment in which the party was to take place. Starting with initial concepts, developing and realising the chosen concepts within the event budget, managing the production and finishing with the installation and removal of all the items we supplied.

We commissioned all the incredible knitting from the amazing Ruth Cross

“An absolute triumph of creativity, humour and modernity, Not Tom designed and refined our design brief and direction for the Woolmark “Campaign for Wool” event during Fashion Week. Working to a crazy lead-time, the Not Tom team developed and produced an array of original pieces that formed a sensational installation to showcase wool in an original and fresh way. We were seriously impressed by them.”
